NPEU colleagues Allison Felker, Marian Knight, Fiona Alderdice, Maria Quigley, Siân Harrison, Claire Carson and Jennifer MacLellan have contributed to the forthcoming book Understanding Race and Health Inequity in the UK (Routledge).
The book brings together leading researchers, clinicians and experts from across the UK and Ireland to explore the relationship between race, racism and health. Through a collection of chapters, it examines topics including health research, maternal health, trust in healthcare services and the wider determinants of health, highlighting the factors that contribute to health inequities and approaches to creating more equitable healthcare.
