Parents’ experiences regarding neonatal care during the COVID-19 pandemic: country-specific findings of a multinational survey

Published on Tuesday, 12 April 2022 Tweet

NPEU's Clinical Director, Charles Roehr, was part of a collaboration investigating parent attitudes and perception of the restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Zero-Separation Collaborative was driven by the parent organisation EFCNI (European Foundation Care of Newborn Infants and families).

Data was collected between August and November2020 using a pretested online, multilingual questionnaire. The target group consisted of parents of preterm, sick or lowbirth weight infants born during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic and who received special/intensive care.
