NPEU involved in Northern Ireland's first ever maternity care survey

Several national surveys of women's experience of maternity care, carried out by the NPEU, have sought the views of women in England. Now, for the first time, women in Northern Ireland will have the chance to give their views on their care during pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period thanks to a collaboration between researchers at the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Queen's University Belfast, Maggie Redshaw, NPEU Social Scientist and the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency.
