Biography
Helen joined the National Perinatal Epidemiology Unit as a health economics researcher in August 2015, and prior to this worked for 13 years as an economist at the Health Economics Research Centre, which is also based within the University of Oxford. She has an MSc in Health Economics from the University of York, and a DPhil in Health Economics which was awarded by the University of Oxford in 2008. Helen has experience of trial and model-based health economic evaluation as well as costing studies. She is currently involved in a number of projects looking at the costs of stillbirth, and obesity in pregnant women.
