Poster submission deadline for Perinatal virtual conference: 9th September 2022
For your digital poster presentation create a short (max. 2 minute) video to accompany your poster in which you present as if you were at an in-person poster session. Your digital poster should be created in PowerPoint and is limited to one widescreen slide only. Please remember that your digital poster will be viewed on a computer screen so ensure it is in defined sections with clear lettering and good quality images. There are a vast number of pre-recording programs available but we recommend using Zoom or Powerpoint. An example poster presentation is available to view here. If you have any questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
The digital poster presentations will be shown during the conference in a virtual poster presentation session. They will also be displayed in the poster section of the conference website for delegates to view during the conference and up to one month after the conference date. Delegates will be able to post any questions they may have regarding your poster presentations via a chat box on the conference website and face-to-face in a virtual breakout room poster Q&A session. Therefore, we hope you will save the date to be able to participate on the conference date.
You will be notified whether your abstract has been accepted for the conference by 30th September 2022
