Please let us know if your family circumstances change, you move house, or change your phone number(s), so that we can keep in touch with you from the time your child participates in Baby-OSCAR, until the results are published (after the year 2021).
To help keep in touch, you can use the change of address card card. Postage is free so there is no need to use a stamp.
