Madeline Elkington

Biography

Madeline is a DPhil student at the National Perinatal Epidemiology Unit, University of Oxford. She is supervised by Associate Professor Rachel Rowe and Professor Jenny Kurinczuk. Her research is focused on risk factors for postpartum haemorrhage.

Prior to joining NPEU, Madeline worked as a Data Analyst for the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare in the Maternal and Perinatal Health Unit, where she continues to work part-time alongside her studies. She has a Master of Public Health from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) from the University of Sydney.
